ROBGAM Group Solutions is responsible for the collection, use and protection of your personal data under Mexico's current Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. Personal Data Collected

ROBGAM collects the following categories of personal data:

• Contact information: name, corporate email address, phone number, job title and company name.
• Business information: industry sector, geographic region, operating size, project scope and estimated volume.
• Technical information: data submitted through contact and assessment forms on this website.

The forms do not request sensitive, financial or patrimonial personal data. Please do not include such information in free-text fields.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following primary purposes:

• Responding to assessment and commercial inquiry requests submitted through this website.
• Preparing technical and commercial proposals for energy infrastructure or industrial logistics services.
• Following up on active or potential commercial relationships.
• Maintaining traceability, security and operational continuity of the response process.

ROBGAM will not use information collected through these forms for unrelated advertising or mass prospecting without first obtaining any consent required by law.

4. Service Providers, Storage and Transfers

Form reception uses Google Apps Script, and submitted data may be stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet administered by ROBGAM. These technology services may process information on ROBGAM's behalf under their applicable terms and security measures.

ROBGAM does not make personal-data transfers that require your consent. A transfer required by law, necessary to fulfill a legal relationship, or otherwise authorized by law will be limited to that purpose. If a future transfer requires consent, ROBGAM will obtain it in advance.

5. ARCO Rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object (ARCO Rights) to the processing of your personal data at any time.

Send requests to contacto@robgam.com.mx with the subject “ARCO Rights — [your name]”. Include your name, a notification method, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of your request, the relevant data and any information that helps locate it.

To protect your information, ROBGAM will require appropriate proof of the data subject's or representative's identity. Do not send official identification in the first email; we will provide the applicable secure channel.

ROBGAM will communicate its determination within the legal maximum of 20 business days after receiving a complete request and, if granted, will implement it within the following 15 business days. Either period may be extended once for an equal period when justified.

6. Limitation and Withdrawal of Consent

You may ask ROBGAM to limit the use or disclosure of your data, or withdraw consent without retroactive effect, by emailing contacto@robgam.com.mx with the subject “Limitation” or “Withdrawal”. Identify the request and the processing you wish to limit or withdraw.

7. Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes and applicable legal or contractual obligations. When no longer required, it will be blocked and deleted according to applicable legal periods.

8. Data Security

ROBGAM implements administrative and technical security measures appropriate for the type of data processed, in order to protect it against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

9. Cookies and External Services

This website does not install analytics, advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. It uses Google Fonts to display typefaces; when those resources are requested, the provider may receive ordinary connection information such as IP address and browser data under its own policies.

10. Consent

When this Notice has been made available and you voluntarily submit a form without objecting, consent for the stated primary purposes is understood to be tacit, except where Mexican law requires express consent. If you disagree, do not submit the form and contact us through an alternative channel.

11. Changes to This Privacy Notice

ROBGAM reserves the right to update this Privacy Notice at any time. Changes will be published on this page. We recommend checking this notice periodically.

In the event of material changes, ROBGAM will notify data subjects through the contact information on file.
